Le conseguenze costituzionali della guerra russo-ucraina. Prime osservazioni

The article constitutes the reworking of the intervention during the Seminar "Democracy and Constitutions at the test of war", organized by the Italian Association of Constitutionalists on March 16th, 2022. It addresses the issue of the constitutional consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian war in Italy, in terms of respect for fundamental principles and for the government. In particular, the article contains a critical analysis of the decree-laws no. 14/2022 and no. 16/2022, especially from the point of view of parliamentary involvement.
