Abstract
The topology of power systems can allow, by design, operational performances for service continuity. Critical facilities such as hospitals and data centers need fortified microsystems with a plurality of supplying sources to provide an adequate reliability of service continuity under normal conditions and for catastrophic events. Management is a necessary complement to system resilience; the staff must be qualified, and its training is vital, even more so if the microsystem is highly automated.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
