Il testo indaga il tema delle diseguaglianze nelle città nella prospettiva del diritto costituzionale, con particolare attenzione agli interventi sulle periferie, ai risvolti giuridici della gentrificazione sul diritto all'abitare e ad alcune acritiche concezioni della riqualificazione urbana e delle cosiddette città intelligenti.
