I prodotti alimentari della canapa industriale: un’indagine sui consumatori

Today, on the market there is a wide range of products derived from industrial hemp that are suitable for every aspect of daily life. The objective of this paper is to highlight the importance of these products in our culture especially focusing on their use. In order to deepen the analysis and understand the current request for hemp products, a survey was conducted, based on an online questionnaire, with a significant sample of consumers. The aim is to stimulate a reflection on the consumption of these products, emphasizing their potential and overcoming the traditional barrier of prejudice. Although this is an exploratory analysis, this work allows us to draw some considerations on the prospective diffusion in the Italian market of products derived from hemp. The limits of the analysis reside in a strongly fragmented regulatory framework. However, the sector is dynamic and changing in response to consumer requests, who seem to recognize the peculiarities and quality of the products obtained from this crop.
