The aim of the study was to evaluate the reliability of a questionnaire built on the perception of managerial roles and to identify the manager's knowledge in the field of management and leadership. The questionnaire revealed very good properties in terms of reliability both concerning the perception of the importance of managerial roles (Cronbach alpha = 0.971) and personal abilities regarding managerial roles (Cronbach alpha = 0.950).
