Le Reti connettive del verde per una strategia di riequilibrio metropolitano e di rigenerazione urbana integrata. Lo Schema di coerenza territoriale (SCOT) dell’agglomerazione di Tolosa

The paper proposes, by an analysis of the case study of the Schéma de Coherence Territoriale of the Grande Agglomération di Tolosa (SCOT), a reflection on the issue of the inter-municipal planning, as a territorial reference for the complex actions of protection and enhancement of the environment and landscape, investigating, in particular, the role of "transversal reticular paradigm" (Gambino, 2010) of the green connective networks and of the natural and anthropogenic components within the inter-municipal planning processes for a metropolitan rebalancing strategy and of integrated urban regeneration.
