Graphene, a two-dimensional material with the thickness of an atom, has some surprising properties (hyperdensity, intrinsic mobility millions of times greater than silicon, high thermal and electrical conductivity, large surface area, is nearly 200 times stronger than steel, harder than diamond, and is extremely flexible and elastic) that have resulted in a profound change in the field of material science. and which make it an ideal candidate for a variety of applications. In this regard, the objective of this study is to present an overview of the main areas in which Graphene could be applied, as well as to have a brief discussion on its main methods of synthesis.

Abstract
Graphene, a two-dimensional material with the thickness of an atom, has some surprising properties (hyperdensity, intrinsic mobility millions of times greater than silicon, high thermal and electrical conductivity, large surface area, is nearly 200 times stronger than steel, harder than diamond, and is extremely flexible and elastic) that have resulted in a profound change in the field of material science. and which make it an ideal candidate for a variety of applications. In this regard, the objective of this study is to present an overview of the main areas in which Graphene could be applied, as well as to have a brief discussion on its main methods of synthesis.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
