Abstract
The Draft Articles on State Responsibility elaborated by the International Law Commission (ILC) became as customary law an important source of secondary rules that apply to international relations in general. Space law, for its part, created its particular double regime of international responsibility for space activities and liability for damage caused by a space object. The purpose of this article is to examine to what extent space law departs from the general regime of international law and how the latter complements the former.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
