We read with interest the Letter to the Editor from Villa-Reyes et al [1] and we would like to address some of the points raised by the authors regarding future perspectives on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) and the novel Vesical Imaging-Reporting and Data System (VI-RADS) [2] for bladder cancer (BC).
