The article deals with the administrative sanctions imposed by the Financial Market Regulatory Authorities. It dwells in particular on the procedural guarantees in favour of the party involved, also in the light of European law. It also analyzes the judicial remedies against sanctioning measures and the intensity of the judge’s control over the technical assessments made by the authorities
