La dimensione intima della smart city. La casa nell'aggregato urbano smart

This work aims to capture the deep and always existing connection between the house and the city., The house is the infinitesimal unit thanks to which it is possible to understand the dynamics of smartness, in the urban contest of smart city. Throught sociological lens, it will be noted that the smart city construction will be possible only starting from the domestic environment, up to the extension of this in the neighborhood space.

Il presente lavoro mira a cogliere la profonda e da sempre esistente connessione tra la casa e la città, cercando di coglierne le sfumature. Nel contesto urbano della smart city, la casa è l’unità infinitesimale grazie alla quale è possibile comprendere le dinamiche della smartness. Attraverso il ragionamento sociologico si noterà, quindi, come sarà proprio a partire dall’ambiente domestico della casa, fino all’estensione di questo nello spazio di quartiere, che sarà possibile la costruzione di una smart city.
