The University of Miskolc, Faculty of law (HU) has carried out an European project funded through the HERCULE III Programme set up by Regulation No. 250/2014 of the European Commission with the supervision of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF). The final outcomes of this project are published and commented in this essay.
