With the recent changes to the Rules governing the conduct of proceedings before the Constitutional Court, two new channels have been introduced to bring the facts before it: amici curiae and well-known experts. The Author wonders about what acts should be able to enter the constitutional process and how to enter. In this regard, there are some doubts about the changes introduced. Therefore, the Court should be very cautious in the application of the new tools.

Con le recenti modifiche alle Norme integrative, sono stati introdotti due nuovi canali di ingresso dei fatti a Corte: gli amici curiae e gli esperti di chiara fama. L’Autrice si interroga sui fatti che devono poter entrare nel processo costituzionale e sulle modalità di tale ingresso. A questo proposito, sono espresse alcune perplessità in merito alle novità introdotte ed è auspicata molta cautela nell’applicazione dei due strumenti.
