Abstract
A review. Comprehensive understanding of information transfer between chiral mols. in living systems and in supramol. assemblies requires the quant. detn. of the intrinsic short-range forces controlling enantioselectivity in simplified models, such as diastereomeric ion-mol. complexes in the isolated state. This review article describes the state-of-art in this field. Emphasis is put on the generation of diastereomeric ion-mol. aggregates in the gas phase and the detn. of their relative stability and reactivity by mass spectrometric and radiolytic techniques.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
