The article addresses the problems in editing fragmentary Latin grammatical works. The first part of the contribution surveys the existingveditions, focusing on their methodological limits, and analyzes somevsignificant case-studies. Then it proposes a new model of collectionv(thesaurus) of the fragments of the Latin grammarians who dealt withvdubius sermo and Latinitas: the collected texts will be edited in digitalvform and lexicographically arranged. The second part presents thevcriteria for the digital markup (based on the XmL-Tei language)vadopted in the project of the Thesaurus Dubii Sermonis.
