Abstract
Maintenance operations are mainly aimed at avoiding and reducing the leakages in petroleum facilities, there is a high risk of hydrocarbon release during maintenance operation. Maintenance is a socio-technical process, consisting of several human, technical and organizational factors, each with a potential to affect the risk of hydrocarbon release. This paper describes the idea of how a Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM) can facilitate the modeling and assessing the risks arising from dynamic interactions in maintenance operations. A generic FRAM model is first developed for the maintenance operations, and a Resilience Analysis Matrix (RAM) approach is then used as a supportive tool for systematic assessment and evaluation of the most critical Risk Influencing Factors (RIFs) together with the FRAM model.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
