“I and Thou” a Relationship with Bruno Zevi

Every now and then, I still hear his “no”, his enthusiasm, his energy. I often think of the huge opportunity that opened up for me with the magazine “L’Architettura. Cronache e storia” and the possibility to write books about leading architects, especially Frank Owen Gehry whom he loved very much, and my running a section of the “Universale di Architettura book series” together with him.

Ogni tanto mi rimbombano i suoi “no”, i suoi entusiasmi, la sua energia. Penso spesso alle autostra- de che mi ha aperto dentro la rivista L’Architettura. Cronache e storia e la possibilità di scrivere libri su architetti di primissimo piano, in particolare su Frank Owen Gehry che lui amava mol- tissimo e di dirigere con lui una sezione della “Universale di Architettura”.
