Abstract

Continuous training plays a fundamental role in the biomedical field, not only to promote recovery actions aimed at its students and high school students, but also to attract the best students from high schools. Following the development of innovative teaching methods is a necessary tool not only to update the student's theoretical knowledge but possibly also for the acquisition of transversal skills applicable to the daily study activity. The initiative foresees the development of a course of orientation and realignment on the minimum knowledge for the Faculties with programmed access to the biomedical area for the students of Secondary School. The project provides interventions in educational continuity between Secondary School and University in blended mode in English and Italian, integrating the preparation on the contents required for passing the tests. The characterizing aspect of the project was the creation of a hugenetwork of Schools, within which resources, teachers and students were pooled. The success of the courses has been investigated not only starting from the percentage of those admitted on the number of students enrolled but also taking into account the progressive increase in the number of participants in entrance tests.
