The present work proposes the application of modular elements within the frame of a requalification project by using the results of a collaboration between ENEA and the university of Rome La Sapienza. Medonia is an innovative system of stuffed multifunctional that has been conceived for the recovery and reuse of vegetable beachmed biomasses with the purpose to increase the carrying capacity of the beaches and make usable surfaces of rocky coast that, otherwise, cannot be used during the summer period. Departing from the experiences matured within the project GERIN of the ENEA .
