The aim of this paper is to shed light on the technical procedures of the stucco’s decorations of the Tomb A located in via Portuense. Autoptic analysis and photographs have been used to identify the employment of small moulds for the realization of mouldings which surround the circles that decorate the vaults, instead the figures and the flowers had been made by hand. A further study will constitute a crucial aspect to identify the team of stuccoists and to determine the process timeline.
