Comparing two different experiences but both representing Argentine creativity in all its sides. On the one hand the Perfectos Dragones, five designers perfectly interbred and settled into the ‘global style’ and who play on elements easy to match and make on their own, in order to handle an important production. On the other hand there is Juana de Arco, a real heroine of our times, who looks at design not just as a social means, but also as a way to pass on traditional culture and technique. Knowledge from multiple disciplines, material transference, industrial and artisanal processes interbreeding and completing themselves in the work of the Perfectos Dragones – Matias Zuckermann and Gustavo Stekolschik (industrial designer), Debora Hirsch and Leticia Churba (graphic designers), Mara Zuckermann (textile designer) – five young Argentine designers who were able to turn Argentine creativity into an international brand.

Abstract
Comparing two different experiences but both representing Argentine creativity in all its sides. On the one hand the Perfectos Dragones, five designers perfectly interbred and settled into the ‘global style’ and who play on elements easy to match and make on their own, in order to handle an important production. On the other hand there is Juana de Arco, a real heroine of our times, who looks at design not just as a social means, but also as a way to pass on traditional culture and technique. Knowledge from multiple disciplines, material transference, industrial and artisanal processes interbreeding and completing themselves in the work of the Perfectos Dragones – Matias Zuckermann and Gustavo Stekolschik (industrial designer), Debora Hirsch and Leticia Churba (graphic designers), Mara Zuckermann (textile designer) – five young Argentine designers who were able to turn Argentine creativity into an international brand.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
