The article shows algorithm for determination of displacements, strains and stresses in urban pavement with underground heat pipeline by plane elasticity problem with the use of finite element method. The results for solving of a certain problem, by implementing MATLAB software, are shown in graphical form. The analysis is given for the results obtained. It is found that availability of underground collector in subgrade has a considerable impact on stresses and strains in pavement.
