In this paper we update with new data the X, y, z, T reference frame, where X is the brightness in X-band, y is the comptonization parameter, z is the redshift of galaxy clusters and T represents the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) temperature at the redshift of the observed galaxy clusters. Precise measurements of SZE (Sunyaev-Zel'dovich Effect) can be used to infer on T-CMB along galaxy clusters redshifts and to constrain anomalous cosmological scaling law. We present here the application of an alternative approach to measurements T-CMB by molecular transitions observations. The characteristic signature of SZE spectra around crossover frequency and the independence of z snake it a sensitive tool for measuring the temperature of CMB photons interacting with intracluster medium (ICM).
