Authors consider the evolution of pregnancies reulting from homologous artificial insemination. Because any literature about this problern ins't, the Authors address their attention to the gynaecologist's assistance during such a pregnancy. The, Authors think that the features of these pregnancies can be synthetize into the foilowing conditions: 1) greater frequency of early abortions; 2) pregnancy's pathology superposing on an average of normal, pregnancies; 3) need of a correct evaluation of al fetal parameters; 4) management of labour and delivery wilhout obstetrical risk.
