Abstract
DIFFERENTIAL diagnosis between drug-induced renai dysfunction and allograft rejection is particularly difficult in patients who undergo kidney transplants using cyclosporine (CsA) for immunosuppression. 1 5 The purpose of this prospective study was to assess the exfoliative urinary cytologic changes associated with CsA treatment, and to compare the results with various immunologie parameters and the level of impairment of kidney function (elevations of at least 25% in the serum creatinine levels) in the recipients.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
