Architettura e restauro oggi a confronto

A careful and detailed consideration of the relationship between old and new, even including the restoration area, is still to be built. A dialogue is missing between the world of the protection of historical buildings and the professional work, substituted by a false sense of culture, only interested in possible economic gains. In this panorama, the existing rules and proceedings are of no help, less then those expressed in the European Committee, indifferent to the issue. In architectural terms, the answer to the problem does not necessarily choose linguistic, analogical directions of one kind or another. Each choice is to be made individually adapting to the specific situation, as flexibility of the best architects and quality results testufy.
