This work is based on identifying in the concept of power two main components: leadership and headship. The analysis of leadership guides us in the world of power relations in the informal groups. In these area factors like perception, influence talent and a conception of leadership as a group resource are critical. On the contrary, the headship concerns power management inside organizations (formal group) putting in evidence the complex dynamic between subordinates and the head man. Finally, two elements show themselves as fundamental: legitimation attribution the followers give their leader and the impossibility for subordinates to reverse the authority the head man exercises upon them.
