Treatment of congenita1 and non-neoplastic trachea1 stenosis with the Nd-YAG laser. - The use of Nd-YAG laser in trachea1 surgery is recent. It makes possibile to perform endoscopic photoresection of nonneoplastic stenoses of the trachea. The Authors report their experience using laser endoscopy in four patients. Results confim the safety and usefulness oof thie new method in treatment of obstructive lesions of the trachea.
