The uncertainty ofthesepatients about the relationship with the reality needs peculiar attention in the modality of interpretation of unconscious dynamics. The intolerance towards the minimal frustration and every modification of the therapeutic rhythm, increases the risk of the clinical relationship 's breach. At last, the conclusion of the job psychotherapeutic usually involves peculiar sagacities. However we think that this therapeutic modality is electivefor these patients, which are inclined to repropose always deeper troubles, ifthey was treated in a different way.
