Abstract

Terminology "globalization" has been affirmed in socio-economic sciences as an innovation that finds its applicability in economic, sociologie, multimedia, and juridical areas that are parts of the Western world. Globalizzation as definition has been used widely since the last years of the last century. Globalization finds its first tracks into the historical economic system connected to the great geographical discoveries part of the European Renaissance period and the inter-continental trade developments. Globalization as a multidimensional space involves itself not only for the economic influence that exercise but also involves technologies systems that are created from "informatic revolution". According to Anthony Giddens, british sociologist, globalization means: “intensification of world social relations that connect countries to different models even if they are thousands of miles away". For the dominant doctrine, globalization is essentially an extension of modernity from Western European space to the whole world: it is world-class modernity. Globalization is a phenomenon that affects States directly, producing internal and external effects, by modeling the behavior that they keep to the social, cultural, economical, technological and legal issues of interdependence between states. For Pierre Bourdieu, globalization is: “the most complete form of imperialism, which is attempting to make entire society to universalize its uniqueness by imposing silently itself as a universal model”. Globalism finds its maximum expression in the "technology revolution", where economy moves helpd by online financial transactions and e-commerce. Globalism presupposes the global recognition of human problems by inducing a new cosmopolitan, rich and complex “global culture", that prevails over local tribalism and regressive traditionalism.
