Anticorruption, risk management and governance. Features of a triple relationship

Recognizing the importance of corruption within business context and considering that corruptive phenomena refer to all types and sizes of companies, the research examines the relationship among the following concepts: anticorruption, risk management and governance. In particular, the study assumes as given the link between risk management and governance due to its broad knowledge in literature and evaluates, according to a qualitative approach, the influence of anticorruption on this relationship as well as the double links between the anticorruption and each of the two dimensions. The purpose is to shed the light on the main features of the triple relationship (anticorruption - risk management - governance), that has not gained yet autonomous emphasis in business research. The project takes into account both the literature on the theme and the tools used in practice, in order to lay the foundations of a broader and more structured research to be developed in future.
