- Preparation and submission of the book chapter for the book titled “Routledge Handbook of Destination Marketing”: Šerić, M. and Vernuccio, M. Communication strategies for building a strong destination brand. The chapter is currently under the review process. - Development of the questionnaire aimed to examine tourist experience in Rome, more specifically, the role of Integrated Marketing Communications, social media, consumer-brand engagement and destination brand equity. This activity consisted in searching and reading relevant scientific articles, development of the measurement tool aimed to assess the examined variables, realization of pretest, and creation of questionnaire in different languages. - Realization of empirical study and collection of data at Airport Rome Fiumicino, subject to previous attendance of the courses “Formazione iniziale di sensibilizzazione alla sicurezza” and “Gestione emergenze in ambito aeroportuale”.
