The aim of our paper is to discuss a conceptual framework for the evaluation of the firm's strategic plan riskiness. In this context, after having qualified the plan within the systemic approach to strategic management and presented the risk compliant valuation model worked out in our previous research, we will deepen a prominent phase of the model: the valuation of the strategic action's validity and its impact on the valuation of the plan's riskiness.
