Riflessioni sulla Dir. (UE) 2015/1302 relativa ai pacchetti turistici ed ai servizi turistici collegati

With the exponential increase in the use of telematic access mechanisms to tourism services, Directive 90/314/EEC has gradually demonstrated its inadequacy with respect to the requirements of effectiveness of the protection of the tourist’s rights. This is due to the fact that the aforesaid Directive has been anchored to a traditional system of supply and improvement of the relevant contractual instruments. The new Directive (EU) 2015/2302, related to the package travels and services, is intended to replace the previous one. The new Directive is aimed to adapt the level of effectiveness, uniformity and protection of the traveler to the evolution of the access tools and exploitation of the several variegates options of services offered by the tourism industry.
