The authors report a case of massive digestive bleeding due to pancreatic pseudocyst and gastroduodenal artery pseudoaneurysm fistulized into the duodenum. Surgical treatment was performed by trancystic ligation, with complete resolution of the pseudocyst and recovery of the patient. Bleeding pseudoaneurysms are encumbered with high mortality and need a very difficult emergency operation.
