We execute periodic clinical-instrumental checks for 15 years after determination of malignancy, and currently all living patients are in good health. In conclusion we can state that the diagnosis of thyroid cancer is not based on a single instrumental, laboratory or pathologic test, but it is the result of their integration with the patient’s clinical aspects as in a complex puzzle.
