The essay copes with the decisive relationship between active citizenship and law related to workers safety. The author argues that, as voluntary citizens manage the use of urban goods and spaces fallen in disuse, the law concerning the workers safety can be enforced just within the limits where it is compatible with the original experience of active citizenship.
