By Legislative Decree 22 January 2016, n. 10, the Government ordered the repeal of 46 legislative provisions and the editing of a further twelve, containing rules for the adoption of non-legislative measures to implement. The Decree was adopted on the basis of the delegation contained in art. 21 of the Law 7 August 2014, n. 124, regarding the reorganization of public administrations. This is the first complete regulatory, legislative reorganization in nine years since the simplification law “Taglia-leggi”, adopted on the basis of the delegation contained in art. 14 of the Law 28 November 2005, n. 246 (2005 Simplification Law).
