Along the first decade of 19th century the philosopher Karl Leonhard Reinhold works at a reform of logic according to the principles of logical realism. Therefore he emphasizes the idea of analysis. It consists in the articulation of difference and relationship of identity and not identity through which Reinhold criticizes Kant’s transcendental logic and the logic of German idealism. In this frame he develops the idea of analogy as a main topics of his theory. Analogy consists in similarity and difference at sensitive level and produces the sensitive certainty as analogous of the logical certainty, i. e. certainty as such. Analysis and analogy constitute the whole of human knowledge and Reinhold integrates progressively analogy in logical analysis. The development of this theory is to appreciate in Reinhold’s short essays on logic of the middle of the first decade of 19th century. This essay deals with these less investigated writings and looks at Reinhold’s main works of the second decade of the century, in which his theory of logic and analogy leads to an idea of knowledge based on language.

Abstract
This essay deals with these less investigated writings and looks at Reinhold’s main works of the second decade of the century, in which his theory of logic and analogy leads to an idea of knowledge based on language.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
