Abstract
As an international group of sleep researchers and specialists deeply committed to the health of children and adolescents, we the undersigned feel compelled to respond to the request to help set the strategic priorities of the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) and inform the development of its 5-year strategic plan. The goal of this letter is to highlight the importance of integrating pediatric sleep into the strategic plan of NCATS and the critical importance of supporting translation of pediatric sleep research into effective action. Specifically, our input is relevant to the following issues highlighted by NCATS: (1) expanding research efforts at NCATS into new therapeutic modalities, and (2) forming innovative partnerships with a wide variety of stakeholders.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
