La ‘présence’ persistante des Etats tiers lors des délimitations maritimes bilatérales

Starting from the case that opposes Costa Rica and Nicaragua, the author analyses the 'persistent' presence of third parties interests in the different stages leading to the determination of maritime boundaries. The main question in that regard is the identification of the proper procedural instrument that would allow third parties to protect their interests, especially those that may be affected by decisions of the Court.

Partant de l'affaire qui oppose Costa Rica et Nicaragua, l'auteur analyse la présence 'persistante' du tiers dans les différentes étapes des délimitations maritimes. La question qui se pose principalement est celle d'identifier un instrument procédural permettant au tiers de défendre ses intérêts pouvant être en cause devant la Cour.
