To optimize the necessary regeneration processes of existing buildings, we need to provide clients and professionals appropriate methods and tools. Therefore, this article offers an innovative workflow, based on the relationship between BIM and Augmented Reality, able to increase the quality of the information exchanged between the actors in the process and constructability, on time and within prevised cost of interventions.
