Clausola di significazione

The c. of significance is intended to establish the link between signifier and meaning, between the words and statements used in the contract and the meaning of these. Similar clauses depend on the vagueness of the language and have the effect of subtracting negotiating statements to any uncertainty or intrinsic oscillation. The c. of meaning can be related to both commonly used expressions that are ambiguous as well as unpublished expressions that are not censored in current language codes. It would seem that the relevance of c. of significance resolves within the hermeneutic procedure, providing an index of the common intention through which to overcome the semantic doubt under art. 1362 and 1363 c.c.
