Anatomia Microscopica. Atlante di Microscopia Ottica ed Elettronica Fondato da Pietro Motta

This new and fourth edition of the Atlas of Microscopic Anatomy, based on the work founded by Prof. Pietro Motta, is not only completely renewed in the text, which has been considerably expanded compared to previous editions, but has been also enriched with many new images using both light and electron microscopy. The topics are exposed following systems and apparatuses. We have also added a chapter explaining the techniques of preparation for biological samples as well as the basic principles of light and electron microscopy. In this edition there is therefore an exhaustive and integrated representation of the cells, tissues and apparatuses in normal conditions. This is only possible thanks to the use of the various integrated techniques of light and electron microscopy. In treating this fourth edition, we intended to create an atlas that could be used for the study of microscopic and ultrastructural anatomy, not only in medical and surgical courses but also in the biomedical field. A new and up-to-date atlas, as is the text we have taken care of, can also be used by young specialist medical practitioners and anyone who wants to deepen the study of this important part of anatomy.

Questa nuova e quarta edizione dell’Atlante di Anatomia Microscopica, sulla base dell'opera fondata dal Prof. Pietro Motta, si presenta non solo completamente rinnovata nel testo, che è stato notevolmente ampliato rispetto alle precedenti edizioni, ma anche arricchita con moltissime nuove immagini, sia di microscopia ottica che di microscopia elettronica. Gli argomenti sono stati esposti per sistemi ed apparati; abbiamo inoltre aggiunto un capitolo in cui vengono illustrate le tecniche di preparazione e i principi di base della microscopia ottica ed elettronica. In questa edizione è presente quindi una rappresentazione esaustiva e integrata della cellula, dei tessuti e degli apparati in condizioni normali; ciò è stato possibile solo grazie all'uso delle diverse tecniche integrate di microscopia ottica ed elettronica.
