The InformaLeaJob project, financed by the European Community and promoted and managed by Confindustria Grosseto together with other national and international partners, has set as its objective success in developing and using the concept of skills in the organizational environment, even those of minor dimensions that are typical of the productive context of the territory within the scope of the project. Working toward skills in organizations means, above all, having as an objective the development of the company’s know-how, which in fact belongs to the company but is built up through the learning of the workers who operate within its confines.
