Strumenti per i giardini del cielo, III Edizione riveduta e ampliata

In the book are presented many tools and activities of which many originals and some historians or already present in literature, for the teaching of astronomy with the naked eye and the position astronomy. For each tool are indicated the aspects to pay attention to the didactic plan, the possible errors in the construction and use, the perceptive and geometric difficulties related to many years of experimentation and didactic investigation in the field. The text is aimed at university students, teachers and those working in the training of teachers, and cultural animators. The text promotes active teaching in which mathematics, in particular geometry and measurement, is linked to reality and to spatial environments of different dimensions.

Nel libro sono presentati numerosi strumenti e attività di cui molti originali e alcuni storici o già presenti in letteratura, per la didattica dell’astronomia a occhio nudo e dell’astronomia di posizione. Per ogni strumento sono indicati gli aspetti cui fare attenzione sul piano didattico, i possibili errori nella costruzione e nell’uso, le difficoltà percettive e geometriche relative frutto di molti anni di sperimentazione e ricerca didattica sul campo. Il testo è diretto agli studenti universitari, agli insegnanti e a chi opera nella formazione dei docenti, e agli animatori culturali. Il testo promuove una didattica attiva in cui la matematica, in particolare la geometria e la misura, è legata alla realtà e ad ambienti spaziali di diverse dimensioni.
