Interventi su spazi aperti pavimentati

The repair and restoration of paved open spaces are aimed at ensuring, in accordance with the special reconstruction regulations, a return to normal and risk reduction within the historical town centres, as well as the overall redevelopment of the town. The works involve the pavements, rainwater drainage system, and street furnishings, and are designed to ensure specific performance levels: • safety and risk reduction through the creation of a network of safe routes in emergency situations.; • liveability for streets and squares, in terms of comfort and usability in different seasons; • stability and hydraulic functionality; • redevelopment of the historical town centre • revitalization of public space through redevelopment works that encourage businesses and uses related to hospitality and leisure.

Gli interventi di ricostruzione che interessano pavimentazioni, sistema di convogliamento e smaltimento delle acque meteoriche, arredi e manufatti e sono volti a garantire in particolare le seguenti prestazioni: sicurezza e riduzione del rischio, attraverso la creazione di una rete di percorsi funzionali alle fasi di emergenza; vivibilità di strade, piazze e slarghi, intesa come comfort e fruibilità nelle diverse stagioni; stabilità e funzionalità idraulica, riqualificazione del centro storico nel suo insieme ; rivitalizzazione dello spazio pubblico attraverso interventi di riqualificazione che supportino e favoriscano attività commerciali e usi legati alla ricettività e al tempo libero.
