The proposal is founded on the following main intentions: first the achievement of an object that might appear different, unique and distinctive even and especially from a long distance and not a mere façade reformation; secondly to connote the building in order to the urban context where it stands, in opposition to a widespread logic of “out of place” tall buildings, which are all so similar despite they arise from American, European or Asian cities.
