This CDRom presents the stages and the product of a special training of metalinguistic abilities with socio-linguistically disadvantaged 5 graders, whose low metalinguistic level was correlated with high levels of school disease at the beginning of the year. The CDRom is composed of a multimedia text, describing the main units and steps of the training, and contains videos showing the teacher in interaction with children, the images of some signficant products of the children, and the protocols of the tests administered before and after the training that show the improvements of the group in metalinguistic abilities.
