La città di-segni. Spazi, forme e colori

To develop creative and imagination, we must reflect on our surroundings and broaden our personal sensitivity by acquiring a strong civic sense and a discerning judgment to enable us to contribute to making the world more beautiful. Drawing is a way of seeing the world, of clearly identifying reality, and it is also a system whereby we can express with signs what we are not always able to describe with words. The relationship between drawing and seeing, between doing and, at the same time, discovering the things around us is indeed the essence of thought. Those who draw do so not only to make something perceptible to others, but also to capture something that would otherwise be lost. Often, what remains inside us is blended with other images and, at certain special moments, reemerges to stimulate new possibilities for discovery.

L’arte del disegno non ha perso mai la sua unicità ed ha sperimentato il sapersi riproporre sempre, integrandosi con i tempi, migliorando le sue capacità espressive e sperimentando tecniche sempre diverse. Anche questo è uno del motivi per il quale si reputa di rilevante importanza nella formazione e nella ricerca insistere sul ruolo che la disciplina del disegno riveste nel settore dei Beni Culturali. Acquisire una buona capacità di osservazione del patrimonio urbano e architettonico consente di svolgere un costante monitoraggio a vista sul suo processo di sviluppo ed il disegno dal vero, favorendo l’analisi degli aspetti legati alla diversità urbana si pone come base di partenza per contribuire a sostenerla e valorizzarla. Per sviluppare la creatività e l’immaginazione bisogna riflettere su ciò che ci circonda, intendere anche le qualità segrete degli oggetti valutati, ed ampliare la personale sensibilità acquisendo anche un raffinato giudizio e un senso civico che porti a dare un contributo personale all’abbellimento del mondo per futuri cambiamenti.
